Incredibly beautiful hotel and FABULOUS restaurant. Very helpful, amicable people working here. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe in the room, unbeatable and particularly good location. Excellent food for dinner and breakfast. Great pool, parking on-site. Not to mention fast wifi!

The hotel was beautiful and the room was wonderful. the staff was fabulous with good services. - the setting was great, right by Veracruz and the shopping centers and the beach. - the restaurant had excellent food, greatly enjoyed it. The hotel is lovely, the rooms are fantastic, the staff is outstanding, the location is good, close to Veracruz. Plus, the restaurant serves delicious food that I really enjoyed.

Stayed in a double room which was perfect for me. A safe box, a writing table, and ironing facilities were a huge plus. The staff were affable, good and marvellous location to the shore.

The room here was very spacious, excellent with a shower, hairdryers, and a nice view of the ocean, conveniently located near shopping centers and the beach.

There were some minor maintenance issues that need attention, such as the stained towels and dark spots around the shower enclosure.

My partner and I recently went on a romantic escape and had a pleasant stay. the pools were refreshing and well-maintained, and the comfortable bed allowed us to rest well.
